Picnic base price's are for 2 1/2 hours only. You can add additional hours to your picnic when selecting a package. Each additional hour is $50.

If the weather takes a turn for the worst and we need to postpone, we will allow you 2-3 days in advance to cancel and postpone the event date. (This option is only available twice).
If you need to cancel your event, you will need to cancel 10 days in advance in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. After 10 days reservation deposit will not be refunded.

We will email you different locations that we offer but if you have some place in mind, we can make it happen.

We prefer at least 10 days notice to get your picnic prepared. Please call us or send us an email if you would like to book a picnic within the 10 days required notification window.

If there is any damage to our equipment, our team will be notified and the credit card on file will be charged.
